After having worked completed at another Restaurant in Cartmel: Aulis at L’Enclume..

The owner decided they would open a private dining experience in London too, following the same design scheme as Aulis in Cartmel. This finish is a bespoke design using a multitude of materials. It is named after the place Aulis. The floor is a micro cement application in a mid tone grey.
